Like in "Pretty Woman"!

Our very first impression of the hotel was a very VERY friendly receptionist who made us feel welcome right away. Very rapidly he made the “credit card” keys and showed us to our rooms - a double room for me and my wife and a 2-bed room right across (our private) hallway to our 2 daugthers on 6 and 12. I had some attention on the point that we didn’t have an extra key for our daughters rooms, but in seconds we got an extra set and that was the attitude all the way through our holiday - instant and very warm service.

The rooms were totally clean and the bed linen smelled nicely from steam cleaning and you had absolutely no feeling of lying in somebody else’s bed… good beds by the way:-).

There was all the needed furnitures: A big wardrobe with both hangers and shelves enough for two, two smal bed-tables and a bigger table and then a very nice bathroom with a bathtup, little bottles with shampoo etc.

The daily cleaning worked fantastic, you leave the hotel with a “guilty mind” because you have bathed “all over the bathroom” and come home to a clean and shiny bathroom with new towels etc.

LIKE IN PRETTY WOMAN
One day we came home extremely late and therefore we missed the breakfast between 7.30 and 10 AM and we were really puzzled on how to handle that. I told the receptionist about our problem (it was now noon). She just smiled and claimed it was not a problem and asked me what we wanted. I told her, she made the list and even convinced me to make it much longer. I expected to follow her to the kitchen to get the things as this was not at all included in the deal, but she just smiled (again) and told me that I shouldn’t worry, they would bring it. 5 minutes later two smiling staff knocked our door and in they came with baskets full of all the breakfast goodies you could dream of and boy did we have a picnic with our daughters in our room.

To make a long story short, we were very very satisfied with the hotel and the surroundings were also very good, lots of places to eat, good shopping facilities and close to the Metro.

We can warmly recommend this hotel.
