This is a genuine find. I’ve stayed here twice now since the big refurbishment and it’s got better over the past months. A quiet street near the Strasbourg St Denis and République metro stations houses this very friendly and welcoming family-run hotel. I had a great room: stylish and clean, spacious and comfortable. Having discovered that the wifi wasn’t working properly I reported this to the desk, and within 12 hours an entirely new, entirely functional system had been installed. Much more friendly than most similar-sized hotels, and personal. You feel they actually care. I do hope that this standard of friendliness and good service can be maintained. Very handy for so much of Paris, too.
